Overview

RUNOVA '26 is the inaugural 5K lifestyle running event organized by the AICPA & CIMA Students' Society Sri Lanka (CIMASS). Built around a 50:50 transparent funding model, ‭50% of participant revenue directly supports children in need through personalized wish fulfillments, while the remaining 50%‬‭‬ powers the event experience.

Event Day Agenda

• 05:00 AM – 06:00 AM: Registration & Warm-up Session

• 06:15 AM: Flag Off / Run Starts

• 07:30 AM: Run Ends

• 07:30 AM – 07:45 AM: Refreshments (Fruits) & Medal Distribution

• 07:45 AM – 08:15 AM: Fun Games & Interactive Activities

• 08:15 AM: Conclusion of RUNOVA '26

Group Registration Details (Bulk Squad Pass)

Price: LKR 10,000 for a group of 5 participants (LKR 2,000 per participant — total saving of LKR 2,500).

• Eligibility: Teams, corporate groups, friends, or family registering together as 5 individuals.

• What's Included:
  ⚬ Full 5K race access for all 5 registered group members.
  ⚬ 5 official race bibs.
  ⚬ 5 official RUNOVA event T-shirts (Guaranteed for group registrations completed on or before 20th September 2026).
  ⚬ 5 finisher medals & post-run refreshments.

Key Rules & Mandatory Guidelines

• Identification: Physical NIC, Passport, or Driving License is mandatory at race kit collection and entry. Student/Corporate IDs will NOT be accepted.

• Race Bibs & T-Shirts: Race bibs must be worn visibly on the front of clothing during the run. Bibs and T-shirts are non-transferable and may not be resold.

• Safety & Conduct: Participants must remain on designated routes, obey route marshals, and remain physically fit to take part. Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
